This Fall favorite is courtesy of my good friend, Lindsay Carrick! Thanks so much, Linds, I love these cookies! When I made them, I added chocolate chunks instead of chips!One 15 oz can plain pumpkin
One spice cake mix
Chocolate chips (however many you want!)
Place pumpkin and cake mix in a large bowl and mix well. Add chocolate chips and stir. Drop rounded teaspoon-fulls on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 min! Cool on a wire rack. Very simple and very yummy!!

yay I'm glad you liked these! And that's a great idea to use chocolate chunks! Chalene has also frosted them if she doesn't have chips.
