Honey-Orange Teriyaki Chicken

Yummy, yummy, yummy!!! I got this recipe off of a bottle of marinade we found at Sam's Club..."Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sweet & Savory Marinade and Cooking Sauce!"

1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts (cut into strips) or tenders
1 Cup "Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet" or any Teriyaki sauce (but the Mr. Yoshida's one really is amazing!)
1 Cup orange juice
1/3 Cup honey
1 Tbsp olive oil
Slivered almonds, toasted (optional)

Mix the sauce, orange juice, and honey in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. Place chicken in the bag and let marinade for 10 min. Then, over medium-medium high heat, place oil in a skillet and add 1-2 cups of the used marinade (depending how big the skillet is). Cook chicken 4-6 min, until no longer pink inside, turning halfway through cooking time. Top with toasted almonds.

Towards the end of my chicken cooking, the marinade in the pan started to cook and caramelize, which actually made a nice dark glaze for the last few pieces of chicken!
(And yes, ME, the semi-vegetarian, very picky eater, really enjoyed this, so you know it must be good!)
